Creative Kaizen

Creative Kaizen is based on the world-famous Shingijutsu kaizen method that I was taught in the mid-1990s and used throughout my career, and features real-world examples of kaizen from an aerospace company. It will teach you how to think differently about work, employee engagement, teamwork, productivity improvement, company-wide cost reduction, quality improvement, and lead-time reduction. It is the best method to change how people think about their work. By the end of the course, you will be motivated to practice kaizen every day in all facets of your business.
