The Executive Roundtable consists of four standardized components: pre-work, Executive Roundtable workshop, and post-work, and follow-up. The pre-work ensures that everyone works from a similar base of knowledge to aid in understanding the challenges and opportunities, as well as specific things that the management team must do differently to participate in and lead the Lean transformation.
The Executive Roundtable is one-day workshop, 7 am to 9 pm. It is a no-nonsense, deep-dive into key aspects of Lean leadership that make or break all Lean transformations. Our time together is limited and therefore requires all pre-work to be both thorough and complete.
Post-work identifies important specific actions that set up the next phase of Lean management success. There is a one-day follow-up meeting with the executive team at 90 day intervals after the Roundtable for one year. In between, there is periodic coaching and support via phone, e-mail, and web teleconferencing.
